Amit
Sen is a professional photographer and collage/photomontage
artist, having exhibited his work in Jehangir Art Gallery
six times in Group Shows of Art Society of India, Bombay
Art Society and Camlin Art Foundation
He is also a registered member of The Film Society
He has also won a prize in all India Photography Competition
"Street Children Of Bombay" organized by an NGO.
The subject "Paranormal Happenings and Reincarnation"
is close to his heart since he is also a serious student
of Yoga and Occultism following Tantra based yoga as propagated
by famous Bihar School of Yoga.
A serious student of films from his early college days,
he is now seriously involved for quite some time in script,
screen play and story development for feature, short films
and serials
Creative visualization, photography, copy writing are his
strong points and he has been using his own collages very
effectively in advertising related work taken by his company.
He is basically an electronics engineer (1971 batch) with
extensive top corporate level managerial experience in India
and abroad. [ Manager Sony Service in UAE (1982-87)
Branch Manager at Bombay Sony Service (1990-91), Videocon
International Ltd. (1991-1997) ].
While working with Videocon, He was editing their house
journal "Samvad", where he discovered & realised
that his pull towards creative pursuits was much stronger
to continue with cushy, secured & well paid job of Videocon.
This led to the birth of Anahata.
