What is Anahata

This is related with psychic body of an individual and has been derived from Tantra Yoga.

In our psychic body, there are certain psychic centers known as chakras [ or Dynamic Tattvic Center]

These psychic centers are connected by Nadies which is pathways of subtle energy [Prana] .

These chakras is a switch that turns on or opens up specific levels of mind for manipulation and control of prana.

Physical and mental stimulation of the psychic centers [chakras] can lead to change of consciousness.

As an outcome, man's psychic potentials blossom and enables him to realize his own higher potential.

Each chakra is directly connected to the brain and by awakening any of the chakras, a message is communicated to its particular portion of the brain and the whole process of awakening and activation sets in motion.

Anahata is the center of unbeaten sound.

In Anahata, exists unstruck sound vibrations of the nada.

Anahata chakra is considered to be the seat of Shiva and Shakti. These two forces are depicted in Anahata as an upright triangle [ a symbol of Shiva (consciousness) and inverted triangle - a symbol of Shakti (creativity)]. They are interlinked, indicating they are in unison. The result of this union emerges in the form of creativity.

Anahata is connected with that part of the brain which is responsible for creative and artistic ability.

When one is at the level of anahata, he expresses a greater creativity, whether in the field of science, art, music or writing.

Anahata is a very powerful center as it is the center of emotions. It is the center where one begins to love everyone and all things unconditionally. Tolerance develops. One realizes that although people and objects may have gross aspects and differences, they really are embodiment of perfection.

According to Tantric scriptures, anahata is the wishful filling center. When one is at the level of
anahata, he finds that he attains all that he hopes for. If he makes a resolve, it is certain to come true.
